About our Murals
Our Tile murals are hand
crafted using only the finest inks and coatings. Each tile is heat
fired at 400
degrees and quality inspected before shipment.
The durability of our polymer coatings vary based
on finish, so please consult our tile installation and care page to
see which tile finish is best suited for your application. Our tiles
are NOT suitable for outdoor use. A UV coating may be applied
annually to help prevent fading in direct sunlight
but
the purchaser does so at their own risk. We do not warranty our
tiles against fading in direct sunlight.
All of the images on our
site are either public domain images or licensed to us for use on
our murals.
Because not all computer
monitors display the same colors, it is
possible that the mural
you receive may vary slightly from what your monitor shows.
If exact matching is important to you, please call us and order a
sample tile.
Shipping Policy
We make every effort to
ship within 24 hours of an order. Delivery times listed are
estimates made by the United States Post Office and are not always
accurate. If you need your mural by a specific date please contact
us via phone and we will make every effort to get it you on time.
We ship worldwide and
estimates will be given if you proceed through our website to the
shipping portion. Or you can contact us via phone for an estimate.
Return Policy
With the exception of
"original artist" murals, we will accept undamaged
returned murals for a 25% restocking fee. All murals are made to
order, so please be careful when measuring for your tile mural.
Damaged Tiles
Upon receipt of your
mural please inspect your mural for damage. We will at our cost
replace any damaged tiles you receive if we are notified of said
damage within 3 days of delivery. Just email us with the
identification number that is on the back of the tile and we will
remake them and send them right out!
